Opened in 2010 by chefs Chris Phelps and Zachary Walters. Salt's Cure is a New American restaurant, that proudly sources all ingredients from local California producers, all of which are butchered & crafted in-house. Salt's Cure Wine & Spirits focus on classic cocktails, using small batch spirits and house made tonics & syrups. Their award-winning wine list includes innovative California wine makers, highlighting both classic standards and natural selections.
