Straits Caf is a restaurant chain, serving four major culinary cultures, including Malaysian-Indonesian, Chinese, Indian, and Nonya. The restaurant uses various ingredients and spices, including lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal and pandan. Its signature dish is a whole crab saut ed in a hot and sweet sauce.
